Protein Smoothies

This is the best protein shake for after a workout or for a quick breakfast on the go. It’s refreshing and perfect for light and healthy fair during the summer months. Enjoy!


1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup full fat greek yogurt

2 tsp honey

1 tbsp shelled hemp seed

2 scoops protein powder

1/4 cup filtered water (add more if needed)

3-5 ice cubes


Blend everything together until completely smooth.

You can make this smoothie with any fruit you like!
