Vitamin Boost Juice

So simple and fresh. This juice boosts your calcium, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C intake. It’s an instant energy boost and so good as part of a daily morning routine.


1 bunch of kale

1 cucumber

2 ribs of celery

1 green apple

1-2 inch knob of ginger

Serves 2


Wash all the ingredients. Cut the apple in quarters. Put the ingredients through the juicer one type at a time.

Recipe Notes

Be sure not to overcrowd the feed chute. The ingredients should easily pass through.
